We currently offer express shipping across the UK at a flat rate of £5.99.

  • Free Express Shipping is available on all orders over £95.

  • Orders under £95 will incur the standard £5.99 shipping fee.

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days.


Live Koi Shipping

Due to the special care and handling required, live koi fish are shipped separately at a fixed rate of £35.

  • Live koi shipping includes specialist packaging and express delivery to ensure the health and safety of the fish during transit.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery on the expected arrival date as it will require a signature and it WILL NOT be delivered otherwise.
